1. Scope of Services
Sapphire Wellness provides professional counselling services, wellness circles, workshops, and tarot card readings. Each offering is distinct in purpose and scope and is delivered within clearly defined ethical and professional boundaries.
Counselling services are clinical, confidential, and evidence-informed. Wellness circles, workshops, and tarot readings are non-clinical wellness offerings and are not a substitute for counselling, psychotherapy, medical care, or crisis support.

2. Counselling Services
Counselling sessions are provided in a confidential and professional setting in accordance with ethical guidelines and applicable regulatory standards. These services are intended to support emotional well-being, self-understanding, relationship dynamics, and personal growth.
Counselling is not a crisis or emergency service. If you are experiencing a mental health emergency, suicidal thoughts, or are in immediate danger, please contact local emergency services or a crisis support line.

3. Wellness Circles & Workshops
Wellness circles and workshops are experiential, educational, and reflective in nature. They are not group therapy sessions and do not involve diagnosis, treatment planning, or therapeutic intervention.
Participation is voluntary, and attendees are encouraged to engage at their own pace and comfort level. Participants are responsible for their own emotional and physical well-being during these experiences.

4. Tarot Card Readings
Tarot card readings are offered as a reflective and insight-based wellness practice. These sessions are intended to support self-inquiry and personal reflection only.
Tarot readings do not provide medical, legal, psychological, or financial advice, and are not predictive or diagnostic in nature. Tarot services are offered separately from counselling and do not replace professional mental health care.

5. Informed Consent
By booking or participating in any service offered by Sapphire Wellness, you acknowledge that you understand the nature of the service you are engaging in and consent to participate voluntarily.
You agree to take personal responsibility for your well-being and understand that healing and personal growth are individual processes with no guaranteed outcomes.

6. Confidentiality
Confidentiality applies to counselling services in accordance with ethical and legal obligations. Information shared in counselling sessions will not be disclosed without consent, except where required by law (e.g., risk of harm to self or others).
For wellness circles, workshops, and group offerings, confidentiality cannot be guaranteed. Participants are expected to respect the privacy and experiences of others within shared spaces.

7. Bookings, Payments & Cancellations

Each session is 55 minutes in duration. Sessions must be booked at least 24 hours in advance to allow for proper scheduling.

Cancellation & No-Show Policy:

If you need to cancel or reschedule your session, please inform us at least 12 hours before your scheduled session time, in which case no fee will be charged.
If cancellation occurs between 12 and 8 hours prior to the session, 50% of the session fee will be applicable.
Cancellations made less than 8 hours before the session, arriving more than 15 minutes late, or not attending the session without notice will require full payment of the session fee.
If these terms are agreeable, the booking and payment details will be shared to confirm your session.
