Healing happens when we allow ourselves to feel

Healing is a journey, not a race. Some days it feels like we’re stuck, lost, or back at square one, but even in those moments, we’re healing. Every step no matter how small—adds to the growth.

It won’t happen overnight, but if you quit, it won’t happen at all.
Even when it feels like we’re going in circles, we’re actually moving forward with more wisdom, more strength, and a deeper understanding of ourselves.
Healing takes time, and that’s okay. Just because it’s slow doesn’t mean it’s not happening.
Be patient with yourself, and remember, kindness matters; both to yourself and others.
Avoiding triggers isn’t healing. Real healing happens when we face them, learn from them, and rise above the old patterns. That’s when we get the chance to rewrite our stories.
Healing is all about feeling, something we often try to avoid. We think that if we push our emotions down, ignore them, or brush them away, we’ll heal faster. But the truth is, shoving your feelings aside only invalidates yourself, making things worse in the long run. Healing doesn’t mean you’ll never be triggered again. It means that when you do get triggered, you’ll have the tools to acknowledge the emotions, process them, and regulate your responses.
You can’t escape feeling if you want to heal. Embrace the discomfort, the triggers, and the ups and downs. Healing happens when we allow ourselves to feel it all because only then can we truly let go and move forward.
Happy Healing Happy Feeling
Healing is a long journey and somedays it feels like we are stuck/ lost or back at square one but thing is even when we feel stuck or lost we are healing, even if we are back where we started from, we are back with more knowledge and experience which makes the whole difference.
Just because its taking time doesn’t mean its not Happening
Be Patient and Don’t forget to be Kind to yourself and others.
Reminder Healing is a Journey
Its a journey, it takes time and patience.
Its okay to take breaks to breathe or to just sit and process.
Just like any journey its long and full of ups and downs.
There are good days & bad but important is to know that nothing lasts forever.
Important is that you are aware of yourself and your journey.
It doesn’t matter what other’s journey looks like or what others think of your journey.
What matters is what you think of your journey.
Everyone’s journey looks different
Do not compare.
Be kind to yourself and others
