Wellness Circles

What Happens in a Circle
Women’s wellness circles offer a supportive and intentional space where participants can slow down, reflect, and connect with themselves and others in a grounded environment.

Activities Involved
Circles may include guided sharing, guided meditation, breathwork, grounding practices, journaling, and creative expression such as painting and art-based reflection. These practices support emotional awareness, connection, and self-expression. No prior experience is required — all activities are guided and accessible.

Who It Is For
Women’s wellness circles are open to women aged 21 and above who are interested in personal reflection, emotional wellbeing, and meaningful connection.

 

Group Size & Format
Circles are intentionally kept small to support deeper connection and shared experience. They
may be offered virtually or in person, depending on the setting.
